    Native American Music Awards

by Ina on 11/5/19Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Event Center - Niagara Falls

19th Annual Native American Music Awards Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino Niagara Falls, New York Hosted by Mickie James (professional wrestler, NAMA Hall of Fame musician) and Wesley Studi (musician and actor "Dances with Wolves", "The Last of the Mohicans"...) An incredible gathering of the most talented musicians/actors we've ever seen in one room. The whole event was perfect right down to the smallest details. We were so fortunate to spend an evening mingling with an amazing group, all together for the love of music, accomplishments and concerns of the Native American Community. Every minute filled with great entertainment of music, stories and comedy, along with the most important issue of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. A huge problem that gets far too little recognition outside of the Native American community. This was the first time we attended the awards, but certainly not the last!

Waiting for variety as well as nominees to perform

by F. J. on 11/5/19Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Event Center - Niagara Falls

A few years ago, there were about 10 acts, all nominee's for the NAMA awards. One group played after another. Blues, Rock, hip hop, flute music, traditional song all went on stage. Winners were announced and seen in an efficient manner. I enjoyed every minute. I found the pace way too slow this year. . Acts were alike in many ways. Not a mix of music. The Stage was bright but the screens had dark images. This can be fixed. I do not appreciate humor about drunks! The food was great. I did not appreciate traditional dancers performing with the hip hop/ DJ music. I felt this should not be encouraged. Each kind of music is fine shown separately.

    Native American Music awards

by Coastieet1 on 10/15/18Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Event Center - Niagara Falls

The new dinner/show concept was great, exceptional food, dessert tray brought to table.. the arrangement of the tables left everyone with great views of the show. There where a few hiccups with the sound board at the start but they did get them fixed fairly quickly. It was one of the best awards ceremonies i've been to.

    Awesome time

by jay58 on 9/20/16Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino Event Center - Salamanca

We go to his event every year and just love meeting all the nominees and winners. With Paul Rodriguez being the M>C> this year, it was great. Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas won an award and we got to take a pic with him.

    Awesome Native American Music Awards

by Coastieet1 on 11/18/14The Seneca Allegany Events Center at Seneca Allegany Casino - Salamanca

Although turn out was light, probably due to the weather, the ceremony was just wonderful. No other venue offers the guests to mingle with the awards winners and performers not only after the show but during the intermission as well. Jan Michael Looking Wolf, Buddy Big Mountain, Jim Boyd and all the others were open to any and all questions, photos etc. Although the show ended about 10;30-11pm, with all the interaction,we didn't leave until well after 1;30am. Just a wonderful night and wonderful memories.

    Phenomenal Music

by DJBad on 11/17/14The Seneca Allegany Events Center at Seneca Allegany Casino - Salamanca

Great music awards show. Great live acts. I enjoyed our seats, the vendors, the artists, the prices were too high in the casino, but the buffet was good.
